If you have a passion for good food, why not take on a cooking course with your partner or friends and learn the basic skills of cooking or brush up your existing talent with a professional chef in a casual manner with us, B&B Finca Las Encinas near Iznájar. It is intended solely to enjoy a few days of cooking some sensational dishes that you have always wanted to see how they are done and to have a bit of fun.
Hands on cooking courses lead by a friendly, informative professional chef.
Historical and cultural backgrounds of ingredients and/or recipes are discussed.
Traditional and modern culinary techniques are taught.
Cook together 3-course menus.
Cook seasonally, using the freshest ingredients picked directly from our organic vegetable garden or fruit trees, or sourced from our neighbouring farms.
Our speciality is Spanish, Andalusian and generally Mediterranean cuisine.
Enjoy sampling what the participants have achieved at the end of the day.

You can join in our cooking courses as much or less as you would like. We are able to tailor-make your program to suit your interests, needs or levels. If you would like to cook any particular recipes, please let us know.
Welcome drinks and tapas Half-board (3 or 6 nights’ accommodation on B&B, 2 or 4 cooking courses, 2 or 4 dinners of what you have created). 1 bottle of wine per couple Welcome dinner on arrival day prepared by your host chef Farewell dinner on the last evening (for a weeklong course). Non-cooking partners are very welcome and will have a plenty of opportunities to relax or enjoy a number of activities available in the area (see our Activities page). Non-cooking partners are on half-board basis (breakfast and 3-course dinner), 65 euros per person per day
